At Myaki Sauce, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy before requesting a return or refund.
30-Day Returns
We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as when you received it
- Be unworn or unused
- Have its original tags attached
- Be in its original packaging
- Include a receipt or other proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For approved standard returns, a $3.00 return shipping fee will apply. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at myakisauce@gmail.com.
Please provide your order number and, when possible, clear photos of the package and affected product. We will review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:
- Food and other perishable products
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care and beauty products
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Because Myaki Sauce products are food items, sauce and other food products are generally not eligible for return.
If you have questions about whether a specific product is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, the quickest option is to return the eligible item and, once your return has been approved, place a new order for the product you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
For approved standard returns, the $3.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
